On November 22, 2017, EUROPEN-PEN International welcomed 84 participants from 12 different countries to the Global Enterprise Challenge in Sinsheim, Germany. Divided into 12 multinational teams, participants worked together for two hours on a case study focused on the German startup company, RESTUBE. Christopher Fuhrhop, RESTUBE’s CEO and Founder, spoke at the Opening Ceremony and shared his outstanding entrepreneurial experience with the trainees. The participants had two hours to prepare a presentation, followed by a Q&A period with a panel of judges from different countries, industries, and backgrounds.
Trainees practiced their analytical, presentation, communication, and teamwork skills through their participation in the GEC, and left with a sense of accomplishment and pride in the excellent work they did.
We did benchmarking for the Sinnsheim 2017 Trade Fair and especially on the Global Enterprise Challange. We had teachers from Vaasa, Oulu and Kuopio taking part on the trip.
